Intense Lime with guava and ripe finger limes with hints of lavender and gardenia. Crystalline white florals and a hint of blue and purple flowerbeds. Some very subtle mango Weiss bar over light herbal hints with lemon verbena and spearmint, almost Alpine herb like. The palate is full with a generous texture and wide silky texture, softer acidity adding a slippery line.
A heady blend of Hunter Valley Shiraz, Hilltops Tempranillo and Pinot Noir from Orange collide in a fusion dark red berries, Red Frogs, and exotic rose petal aromatics. Wild herbs and pink peppercorns add aromatic intrigue. Juicy acidity and crunchy tannin complete a piquant textural expression of dark red fruit. Infinity drinkable.
Fresh cut Doris plum and anise add to the classic regional dark cherry and liquorice drive we have come to expect from Central Otago. There is a spicy line of graphite and mineral like texture across the juicy and lifted flavour profile. Supple and silky tannins complete the package of glossy plushness.

The is archetypal Hunter Valley Shiraz, Dark plum and red berries with an overlay of Rosewood and briar. There is some earthy mineral complexity and very subtle oak support. The palate is medium bodied and finishes with a lingering dark fruit exit. Gentle but expansive, most importantly though, it’s very Hunter. READ MORE....
