Age requirement

Wine Returns
Where it is mutually agreed by the purchaser and Charteris Wines Pty Ltd that wine is to be returned, Charteris Wines will collect the wine from the purchaser at an agreed and convenient time and place. Pending collection, the purchaser is liable to keep the wine in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of it.
Wine Refunds
Please choose carefully. We do not normally provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong selection. You can choose between a refund or exchange where the goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website. Any refunds will be made by credit to the card that is used for the original purchase. If you make an error, please email info@charteriswines.com.

Charteris Wines holds your security & privacy in the highest regard. Charteris Wines will only use your information & credit card for the express purpose for which you provide. When you place an order for products or services, we collect personally identifiable information (such as name, contact and billing information, credit card, and other transaction information). We use this information to deliver your order, process payment, and to communicate with you about the status of your order. Credit card information submitted with your order is used only for payment processing and is not retained on our website.
Shipping & Delivery
Charteris Wines uses Australia Post to deliver your wine order. We aim to deliver within 5-7 business days depending on your location. mWines are packed in secure padded packaging, and breakages are rare. If you have not advised specific delivery instructions, Australia Post will contact you or leave a calling card to arrange collection from your nearest post office. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. If you are purchasing via the website, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order beforecheckout.
